Late deals are sometimes available with significant discounts of 10% or more. If you are booking at short notice, please call us to discuss rates.
2012 Weekly Villa Rental:
| Before April 27th | £400 |
| April 27th - June 1st | £540 |
| June 1st - July 6th | £680 |
| July 6th - August 31st | £910 |
| August 31st - Sept 21st | £670 |
| Sept 21st onwards | £460 |
This rental is inclusive and is based on an occupancy of 4 persons and for a let of 2 or more weeks. Please add 5% per each additional person above 4 and add 15% for single week bookings.
Bookings are usually Friday to Friday, but we are always willing to discuss other requirements. Please call - we'd be happy to try and accommodate your plans.
Previous clients, some of whom return year after year, will be given a discount. Many are RSPB members replying to our advertisement in "Birds" magazine.
Although the villa can accommodate 6-7 people, many clients are couples who enjoy the spaciousness
The hire of a car is strongly recommended. This can be arranged at competitive rates for advanced bookings, through a reliable company. Please contact us for details.
